Who we are
This website is run by Jaibana Studios Inc., a Florida corporation based in Miami, also registered in Georgia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Jaibana Studios Inc.
What the contact form collects
When you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your full name, work email and company, and, if you choose to add them, your role, phone number, area of interest, preferred language and your message. We do not ask for more than we need to reply.
How it is delivered
Form submissions are sent to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which delivers your message to our email. Web3Forms processes your submission to deliver it, and its own privacy policy applies to that processing.
What we use it for
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you want to continue, to arrange and hold a conversation about your project. We do not add you to newsletters or mailing lists, and we do not sell your information.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, part of Google Cloud. As with any website, the hosting service processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages to your browser and keep the service secure.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. We do not track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to manage any work that follows, and we delete it when you ask us to.
Your choices and how to reach us
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, send us a message through the contact page and tell us what you would like us to do.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
